·       Your P.C will be fully updated with all new updates installed where required.

·       It will be cleansed of all history.

·       Registry will be cleaned of any broken links.

·       Windows will be set up correctly.

·       Antivirus will be installed free of charge.

·       Office org will be installed free of charge.

·       All windows web based updates will be installed.

·       If your p.c requires a complete software rebuild  you will be contacted before this is carried out.

·       Files will be backed up if required and provided back on dvd's.

·       Your p.c is in a secure environment, no files are opened in anyway.

·       No information is stored with me unless asked to do so.

·       If your p.c was a non starter a 24 hour diagnostics programme will be left to run to ensure that there are no hardware complications.

·       Your p.c will be treated with the upmost care and security.

When you drop my pc back to me or I collect it ? Where do I go from here ?

·       Any individual requirements will be discussed at the time of collection.

·       You simply plug your p.c in, no other discs will be required.

·       Only a printer / scanner installation is required by you, simply install your cd that came with your item.

·       If you run a wireless network you will need to enter your wireless security code.

·       I am at the end of the phone or email if you require any assistance.

·       Your p.c will run like a dream and I would recommend you book in for a service in one year's time.
