Standard charges for Home computer services.

 

·       To service p.c and update is £40.00 providing it is dropped off and collected by yourself.

·       If your p.c needs collecting within a 6 mile radius of Hadleigh a further £10.00 charge will apply.

·       To back up information and create discs is as follows, 1st disc is £10.00 and then £5.00 per disc thereafter.

·       A call out in the local area is charged at a minimum of £30.00 and includes 1 hour's service.

·       A call out beyond Hadleigh is charged at £30.00 plus £0.50p per mile to and from the destination, making a call out  to Sudbury just £42.00.

·       If your p.c requires cleaning inside and ' blowing out' an additional  £5.00 charge will apply.

·       If your p.c is beyond economical repair you will be contacted and provided with the relevant information and possible solutions.

·       If your p.c requires any hardware you will be contacted with a price before any work is carried out.

·       Your p.c will always be diagnosed for free.

·       I offer a full no fix - no fee

·       Hard drive data destruction is graded security for department of defense and is at a charge of £10.00 per drive.

 

I believe that I offer the best service in the area for any domestic computer repair's undertaken. I offer genuine honest advice, I will not offer any upgrades unless really required or try to sell you a new system when yours is fine and simply requires a service.
